Description
General Shrooz is the second-in-command of the Shroob army and is also Princess Shroob's sworn protector. Shrooz's personality is similar to Akainu from One Piece.
Shrooz believes Earthlings are inferior and that Shroobs will reign supreme. He is willing to do anything for Princess Shroob's sake.
He lost this arm when we was young and was given him a new one by Grodus. His "Cyber-Arrm" allows him to turn it into any weapon he chooses, similar to Baby 5 from One Piece.
But that's not his greatest weapon... Under his eyepatch is his "Devil's Eye". With it, he can transport his opponent into his own mind, where horrible things can happen...

And I'm sure that General Shrooz could be a perfect Mario's opponent in Super Mario Bros Heroes of the Stars.
